Another collaboration with Stephen Hammer with further assistance from Robert Wiemken of the ensemble "Piffaro" has produced treble shawms modeled after a fine-playing 16th-century original instrument in Brussels. We feel the original is a D instrument, playing at close to A=440

Our models are available in C and D, at A=440 or A=466. They are made of maple and are supplied with two reeds made by Robert Wiemken.

An alto shawm in F is also offered at A=440, and G instruments are in development.
