 Notes:  Distances to tone hole are presented from the reference to both center and edge. As the drawings give the distance from the reference
   to tone hole center, the values for the edge were derived from the center value and adjusted by half the tone hole size.
 [value]  Indicates derived or calculated information.
 1 [value]  Indicates tone hole distances are taken from reference (i.e. top, bottom, or tenon) to the edge of the tone hole.
   These values are taken from the edge closest to the reference i.e. If the distance is from the top, then
     the top edge is the other end of the measurement; if bottom or tenon, the bottom edge is the other point.
 2 [value]  Indicates linear interpolated data
 n/r   indicates data not recorded
 tbd   to be determined, i.e. references and/or interpolations have yet to be worked out
