 Notes:  Distances to tone hole are presented from the reference to both center and edge. As the drawings give the distance from the reference
   to tone hole center, the values for the edge were derived from the center value and adjusted by half the tone hole size.

 1 [value]  In the drawing, these lengths were taken from the reference to the center of the tone hole
   and have been corrected to be from the reference to the nearest edge of the tone hole.
